Yorkshire and the Humber Quality Observatory (YHQO)

YHQO provides health intelligence support to the NHS Quality, Innovation, Productivity and Prevention (QIPP) agenda, helping to improve the way care and services are delivered.

Diabetes Prevalence Model

The updated model provides estimates of total (diagnosed and undiagnosed) diabetes prevalence for people aged 16 years and older, and calculates the impact of obesity on diabetes prevalence in England.

Health Profiles 2012

The 2012 Local Health Profiles, produced by the Public Health Observatories of England, draw together information to present a picture of health in each Local Authority. The Health Profiles website also provides interactive maps and charts and links to further supporting and relevant products.

Child Health Profiles

By using the profiles local organisations can work in partnership to plan and commission evidence-based services based on local need. The profiles allow you to compare the outcomes in your local population with others in order to identify and learn from better performing areas.
