Resource Information

  • Description: A Diabetes Community Health Profile – an overview is available for every PCT in England. It is designed to provide an overview of the key areas of diabetes care and highlight issues for further investigation. It can be used to benchmark against other PCTs and provides a starting point for needs assessment work. The profiles have been produced under the auspices of the National Diabetes Information Service (NDIS) which is a collaboration of diabetes related organisations.
