Resource Information

  • Description: Bespoke clusters for Clinical Commissioning Groups for Yorkshire and the Humber created in September 2011 and updated January 2012 using the APHO General Practice profiles. The profiles use October 2010 data and are designed to assist GPs, emerging consortia and PCTs to ensure that they are providing and commissioning effective and appropriate healthcare services for their local population. The indicators in the profiles include:
