Health Profiles

The 2007 profiles will be available from the 22/06/07

Welcome to the APHO Health Profiles for Yorkshire and Humber. These are the first annual Health Profiles to be produced by the Public Health Observatories for local authorities across England. They aim to provide a quick summary of the health issues, trends and inequalities within each area, and allow easy comparisons with other counties or districts.

All the profiles can be found at www.communityhealthprofiles.info, along with further background information, all the latest news, and the opportunity to give us your feedback.

The Yorkshire and Humber profiles can also be accessed below, many of them accompanied by a commentary from local Directors of Public Health. Please read them along with the Metadata document explaining all the indicators.
