Altogether Better is a five-year programme to help people and communities
across the Yorkshire and Humber region to eat better, be more physically
active and improve their mental health. We are a partnership of the
region's primary care trusts, local authorities, universities and voluntary
organisations, hosted by NHS Yorkshire and the Humber. With £6.8 million
from the Big Lottery Fund's Well-being programme, we aim to help 60,000
people across our region to lead healthier lives.
